A Summer Extravaganza: Our July Coastal Home Showcase
Summer is a big deal here in Southeastern North Carolina! It could be because of the excellent beaches we have in our local area, or the dozens of activities you can enjoy outdoors under the Carolina sunshine. Whatever the occasion, it’s a good time to experience the coastal side of life for yourself. Let Brunswick Forest’s Coastal Home Showcase Weekend be your summer getaway option this July!
Our Coastal Home Showcase Weekends have been a smash hit since their introduction last summer. That trend has continued throughout 2021. Last month lead 16 new families to call Brunswick Forest Home. The entire Brunswick Forest team is excited to welcome more new faces to our coastal community again for July. Like all our previous weekend events, we’re expecting a great turnout. There will be a whole host of fun activities and events for you to participate in. So be sure to bring your swim trunks, sunblock, and summer wear, because July is just around the corner! Here’s a peek at all the fun to come:
Friday:
Get up and get ready for this weekend’s fun! You can look forward to the official start of our Coastal Home Showcase at 10 am until 4 pm! Using our special Coastal Home Showcase book as your guide, you can hop from home to home at your leisure, and tour the full range of everything our neighborhoods and builders have to offer you. These beautifully furnished homes will even have a builder on-site to answer any questions.
As the day continues forward, you and other visitors can look forward to relaxing while having lunch inside of a model home. Lunch will be hosted by Logan Homes in the charming and popular Capeside model.
If you’re looking to end the day with something special, we will be hosting an amazing “Wine Down” reception party to end the evening on a relaxing note. Our friends at Bridgewater Wines are offering several different wine tastings. You’ll also find scrumptious food prepared by our very own chef, Scott Euvrard. Plus, there will also be a wonderful set of live music played by local musician Monica Jane.
Saturday:
Rise and shine, the weekend is just getting started! Once again, our home showcase will be opening at 10 am and last until 4 pm. You might just find your dream home while browsing our assortment of incredible models. In addition, you will have more opportunities to meet some of the best premier builders in the Carolinas. A builder lunch will be hosted by Kent Homes in their award-winning Cooper’s Bay model home. After you have finished your meal, you can get back into exploring.
Top off the weekend with a dinner and cocktail hour inside of the beautiful Sterling model home hosted by Legacy Homes by Bill Clark. There will be refreshments and food provided again by Chef Scott, and local artist Wes Hunter performing live, it will certainly be a night to remember from your summer vacation. We’ll also be having a special firework display for the evening as well. If you really want to end your night on a special note, be sure to turn your eyes upward to see a spectacular show that you won’t forget!
There will be fun activities all weekend long at Brunswick Forest for the July Coastal Home Showcase. You can choose between cruising on the Cape Fear River with Wilmington Water Tours, a charming horse-drawn carriage ride through historic downtown Wilmington, a tour of Airlie Gardens, or a round of championship golf at Cape Fear National. In addition, you will have the unique opportunity to live like a resident for a day! You will get privileges and exclusive access to all amenities like the saltwater pool over at the Fitness and Wellness Center. When you arrive to our community you will be given a welcome gift bag filled with a booklet of local happenings and hotspots around the area. This includes details about live music, local art exhibits, and breweries to visit!
