To our community and friends of Brunswick Forest. This year was filled with new beginnings and plenty of reasons to celebrate. For the Villages at Brunswick Forest, we saw the opening of three new businesses. As well as and the expansion of one beloved indoor pickleball facility. Many big anniversaries were celebrated as well! Not to mention, with two new neighborhoods in Brunswick Forest being released- our community is growing by the minute.
Many enjoy the conveniences and services that the Villages Town Center has to offer. For residents, it’s also a place to gather with friends and family. So join us in reflecting on all the growth and camaraderie happening around the community.
New Beginnings in the Villages
New – Wilmington Eye
Residents of Brunswick Forest don’t have to travel far to receive excellent eye care. Swell Vision Center provides comprehensive eye exams and has a boutique filled with a vast selection of eyewear from all over the world.
For more advanced optical care, Wilmington Eye is known for being one of the best centers for vision correction and optical surgery in the Southeast. In fact, they opened a brand new location here at the beginning of the year. Now residents that are in need of optical care have two great options here in the Villages.
New – Inspire Brunswick Forest

Renovated – House of Pickleball
Pickleball lovers were in for a treat when the House of Pickleball announced it would be expanding its location and adding more space to play. With its highly-anticipated reopening over the summer, members can now enjoy 12 new indoor courts and more space for socializing! Brunswick Beer and Cider has been officially open a year now. Since their grand opening in October of last year, they’ve been a popular spot to gather and enjoy great food and drinks. Brunswick Forest Veterinary Hospital – 12 Year Anniversary
In February, Brunswick Forest Veterinary Hospital marked an incredible accomplishment celebrating 12 years! Dr. Zielinski and his team have been providing excellent pet care to the community and we’re happy to have them right here in the Villages.
Family Dog Naturals – 10 Year Anniversary
Betsy and David Head along with the rest of the Family Dog Naturals team celebrated their 10 year anniversary thanking their community for all the support. They’ve been voted best local pet supply store for the past 4 years running and have been a beloved store in the Villages town center to many Brunswick Forest residents and their furry friends.
News Around the Forest
The Villages Town Center wasn’t the only area of our community undergoing big changes. This year, Brunswick Forest released two new neighborhoods- Osprey Landing and Collingwood Towns.
Osprey Landing
