Broker Chris Creekmore Explains What He Likes Best About Brunswick Forest.

We love working with outside brokers and helping their clients find their forever home here in Brunswick Forest. We’re also pleased to say that brokers love working with us, too! Chris Creekmore, a broker with Carolina Plantations, has years of sales experience particularly with retirement and master-planned communities, including our community here in Leland, North Carolina.  Chris also leads our Broker community as the Top Producer of Brunswick Forest Referral Sales last year with 10 sales. After catching up with Chris this past weekend, we got the scoop on what it’s like coordinating with the Brunswick Forest Sales Team.

One of the things Chris finds most helpful when working with Brunswick Forest is was how available and transparent our team is with information. At Brunswick Forest, our goal is to provide outside brokers with the most updated information about our community by providing tools such as maps, pricing details, and information about new property releases. Chris noted that “The Brunswick Forest agents and even the Vice President of Sales, Jerry Helms, keep us up to date on a regular basis to let us know what’s going on in the community.”

Chris also discussed that Brunswick Forest is in a prime location, nestled just outside downtown Wilmington, and that Leland is a “launchpad” for the city of Wilmington, its gorgeous beaches, and travel spots like Myrtle Beach and Asheville. “With the town of Leland in the center of options paired with popular activities like pickleball and golf right in Brunswick Forest, residents truly have it all!”
