Recapping Our July Coastal Homes Showcase

What better way to sample the coastal lifestyle while finding your dream home than at our weekend events? We wanted to bring guests the ultimate coastal experience all while making them feel at home. This is why we’re excited to share that our July Coastal Homes Showcase Weekend was a resounding success! 

We are thankful to our building partners and our sponsor, Wells Insurance for making this weekend event possible. We welcomed 15 new families to Brunswick Forest and most importantly, made memories that would last a lifetime. 

Making Memories in Stunning Model Homes

If your ideal home tour involves enjoying a mimosa while looking through a spacious master bedroom, you’ve come to the right place. Our team was thrilled to witness the joy on people’s faces as they explored the exceptional models designed by our building partners. Guests were given the opportunity to not only tour these homes but talk face-to-face with the teams who designed them as well. 

Guests gained insight into the vision these builders have and explored the variety of floorplans offered by them. It’s the perfect way to decide what your dream home is going to look like. Not to mention, the 12 model homes that were available to tour throughout the community. Award-winning models like the Magnolia Model by Atlantic Homes or the Copperwynd by Liberty Homes (both of which can be built in Osprey Landing). 

Speaking of Osprey Landing, this was an opportune time for guests who already purchased a homesite in the new neighborhood but had not yet decided on their floorplan. We watched as future neighbors got to know each other and share in their excitement about starting a new life in Coastal Carolina. This was the moment for them to start envisioning their life and dream home here in Brunswick Forest. 

Remaining Opportunities in Osprey Landing 

Releasing with 88 homesites, there are only 21 opportunities left to live in Osprey Landing. The newest neighborhood in Brunswick Forest, Osprey Landing offers both natural beauty and coastal charm.
