The amenity-rich community of Brunswick Forest is just waiting for you to explore and we know just the way — by BIKE!!
At the Brunswick Forest Welcome Center, we have six colorful cruisers ready for you and your friends to start exploring. All you have to do is sign-up at the front desk and they will get you on your way!
After you have your bikes checked out and you’re ready to GO, we’ve compiled a list of must-see places in Brunswick Forest!!
Your 1st stop is just seconds from the Brunswick Forest Welcome Center, but you don’t want to miss it — the fishing gazebo behind the Community Commons. It’s peaceful setting is perfect for grabbing a quick pic with your friends before heading off to your next stop!
Your second stop (well, isn’t really a stop) — it’s the boardwalk trail through the heart of Brunswick Forest and you should bike beneath its tree canopy and take in the outdoor nature classroom!
Your next stop, should be Hammock Lake! This gorgeous 3 acre lake has a loop trail around it perfect for a spin on your bikes. Let us know if you see any wildlife…the herons love this lake!
We think your next stop should be at Cape Fear National for a quick bite to eat and a refreshing drink! Chef Scott has crafted a great pub-style menu for you and your friends! Plus you will need some fuel to get you to your next destination, but it’s worth it!!
Your final stop should be the Town Creek River Access! Here you can take a pause and soak in the serene setting that abounds on this winding estuary of the Cape Fear River.
At the end of your exploration, turn your bikes back in at the Brunswick Forest Welcome Center, grab a water and cool off under the shade of our porch. We hope you enjoyed your journey!
