This past weekend Brunswick Forest celebrated their 10th Anniversary with three full days of special events, fine food and drink, and exceptional real estate opportunities. In proper Brunswick Forest fashion, a myriad of events took place through-out the weekend to showcase what makes Brunswick Forest one of the premier master-planned communities in the United States.

PASSPORT TO BRUNSWICK FOREST

Guests visiting Brunswick Forest for our 10th Anniversary Celebration were treated to fun-filled events held at various locations throughout the community. Activities included a Hot Chocolate & Sweet Treats bar at the Welcome Center, a catered luncheon courtesy of Art Catering at the Legacy Homes by Bill Clark Design Center in The Villages at Brunswick Forest, lunch from Moe’s Bar B Que & NC craft beers by the Hammocks pool, wine & cheese with Kent Homes in their Harbor Bay model, and assorted sandwiches and wraps provided by Art Catering and Logan Homes in their Wynham model home, located in Brunswick Forest’s newest neighborhood, Banyan Bay.

BATTLE OF THE BANDS at Cape Fear National

Friends and family gathered Friday evening for an oyster roast and a Battle of the Bands concert for one of Cape Fear National’s biggest tent parties yet!  Locals acts included the Cosmic Grove Lizards, 17 South and The Chance Union Band. Featuring a fall buffet, guests were invited to dance the night away after dinner while bands grooved through each of their sets. Towards the end of the evening, crowd favorite, Chance Union Band took home the coveted Battle of the Bands title.

DOWNTOWN DINNER & DRINKS at Upper Room

Discovery Package guests spent Friday evening downtown enjoying dinner & drinks at a reception hosted by the Upper Room, located in the historic district of downtown Wilmington. Guests enjoyed a delicious dinner catered by A Thyme Savor and music from acoustic guitarist Robbie Berry.

ANNIVERSARY TOAST, OYSTER ROAST & MUSIC BY HEART & SOUL at Cape Fear National

On Saturday, after a day of touring the community and the surrounding area, visiting guests were treated to a very special 10th Anniversary Oyster Roast and Tent Party at the clubhouse at Cape Fear National. Complete with a champagne toast and music by Heart & Soul, guests were able to experience first hand what makes Brunswick Forest the ideal place to call home.
