Here is an inside look at the most popular classes at the Fitness and Wellness Center!

Water Fitness is a favorite among residents. And, it’s easy to see why…this class is a blast! Water Fitness gears you up for development of aerobic endurance, strength, and flexibility, but with low impact effects

Zumba continues to be a crowd pleaser at the Fitness and Wellness Center. You can cha, cha, cha your way to fitness two days a week!

Stay toned all summer long with the Total Body Conditioning class that is featured weekly. This full body work out combines a variety of equipment and is designed to increase strength.

Find your inner peace with Yoga! You are sure to build flexibility, strength, and range of motion while finding relaxation and a sense of peace.

Yoga– Mondays, 8:15-9:15 am & Tuesdays & Thursdays, 10:30-11:30 am
