To meet the current CDC standards, the real estate industry has rapidly shifted. Our Brunswick Forest builders have adapted to provide prospective homebuyers an informative and safe customer experience. They’ve worked very hard to offer alternative planning resources for our future residents while pursuing the ultimate goal, building dream homes. Below is a peek into what some builders are doing to provide the safest planning experience possible.

Logan Homes – To help customers like you during this time, they are working overtime to sanitize and thoroughly clean each model and design studio. Logan Homes states, “We take great pride and care in the quality of our homes and creating a great customer experience.”  They are working under the recommendations from the CDC. Their agents are willing to walk you through a home or the buying process over the phone or computer. Currently their design studios are open to one on one appointments only, and with the best distancing standards in mind.

Legacy Homes by Bill Clark Legacy Homes isn’t one to put their community on the back-burner. Robin Campbell, Director of Sales and Marketing, states that, “Like everyone else in our industry we’ve had to rapidly adapt to this unprecedented situation. It has been amazing what we have been able to do in a short time. For our design team, we have created an online design center library that showcases all the selections available in our design center. This has allowed for virtual design meetings with clients over the last few weeks. The positive response to this from our clients has really been incredible.” Legacy Homes by Bill Clark has also gone out of their way to bring a personalized touch to their home tours, by live-streaming digital model walkthroughs called “Coffee Talks & Afternoon Walks”.

Kent Homes“In order to stay connected and help buyers during these times when meeting in person is not an option, we are now performing virtual Tours, Selections Appointments, and Orientations with apps such as Zoom, GoToMeeting, and FaceTime. We have also adopted different apps for our sales team to connect with current and prospective clients, increasing the use of video applications for outreach and communication. Kent Homes continues to communicate with our clients in all different stages of the building process to ensure we meet their needs and do the best we can to address any of their concerns during this challenging time.”

Mungo Homes – “Our Online team is available to answer any questions and to schedule real-time virtual appointments. We can take you on a customized virtual walk-through of one of our homes or guide you through our interactive floor plans and 3D tours.”
