The Faces of the Front Desk at Brunswick Forest
We are excited to welcome two new team members to our front desk at the welcome center! At our Welcome Center, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and a warm greeting to all our visitors. Our front desk team plays a crucial role in creating a positive first impression. And we are thrilled to introduce you to our two newest team members who have recently joined us. With their enthusiasm, dedication, and customer-centric approach. We are confident they will enhance the overall experience for our residents and guests. Let’s meet the new faces of our front desk and learn more about their backgrounds and roles.
Meet Caitlin
Caitlin was born and raised right here in Wilmington, North Carolina. She expresses, “I’m lucky to have been raised in such a beautiful place.” Being a native Wilmingtonian and a talented photographer, Caitlin has explored all around Southeastern NC, so we asked her what it is she loves most about our area. “The beach of course! Our live music scene, diverse restaurants, arts, and the people who visit from all over the world. There is no shortage of photo opportunities.”
Her favorite part of the Brunswick Forest Community is meeting people from all over. Although she acknowledges the immense growth the area has seen in recent years, she also emphasizes, “this area still maintains its small-town feel. The surrounding nature and wildlife are beautiful as well. Perfect for nature lovers and photographers alike.”
Caitlin is a hard worker and is always willing to go the extra mile to help our guests. With her cheerful personality and passion for helping others, she is an ideal fit for our Welcome Center.
Meet Mary
Mary is originally from Waxhaw, North Carolina, but came to Wilmington to be closer to the beaches and adopt the desirable coastal lifestyle. Being a transplant herself, although with no shortage of Southern Charm, we wanted to hear Mary’s perspective on what her favorite part of the Brunswick Forest Community is, “Everyone is so friendly!” Mary’s one piece of advice for those considering choosing to live in Brunswick Forest is to take advantage of all it has to offer, adding, “There are resident clubs, groups, fitness, pools, kayaking, and lots more to do. Brunswick Forest has no shortage of luxurious amenities.”
Mary is no stranger to multitasking and providing exceptional service under pressure. Her friendly demeanor and problem-solving skills make her an invaluable asset at our front desk, ensuring that all visitors receive the assistance they need promptly.
What They’ll Be Doing
As our front desk coordinators, a normal day for these ladies includes greeting all residents and guests with a warm friendly welcome, providing information, and answering questions. Between assisting visitors, working alongside our agents, and organizing day-to-day office operations, these ladies are an invaluable resource to the Brunswick Forest team.
Caitlin and Mary have quickly become integral members of our team, embracing the core values of Brunswick Forest. They are dedicated to continuously improving the resident and guest experience. And have already started brainstorming innovative ideas to enhance our community and neighborhoods.

Along with our front desk manager Maureen, Caitlin and Mary form a dynamic duo at our front desk. Each bringing unique talents and experiences to create a welcoming and efficient environment. They share a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond to exceed our residents’ and guests’ expectations.
Caitlin and Mary are both looking forward to meeting new people and learning more about Brunswick Forest properties and contributing to its success. We look forward to the positive impact they will continue to make as they grow and thrive in their roles!
