Summer Coastal Homes Showcase 2024: What to Expect
Join us at our upcoming Summer Coastal Homes Showcase July 18 – 21. We invite you to experience a celebration of everything that makes living in Brunswick Forest so special. From builder events to exploring the area, guests will have the opportunity to learn what makes this community shine. We are also excited to share the limited opportunities to build your dream coastal cottage! Continue reading to learn more about what’s in store for our Summer Coastal Homes Showcase and the remaining opportunities to snag a homesite in our newest neighborhood release, Creek Side.
What’s in Store
This weekend event will feature over 10 model homes crafted by some of the region’s best builders. You’ll have the chance to explore each model to your heart’s content and even the opportunity to wine and dine in them.
Here’s what you can expect throughout the weekend with our building partners.
Lunch with Legacy Homes by Bill Clark and explore their Wells model. This model in particular has previously won the silver award in the Wilmington Parade of Homes!
Wine Tasting with Liberty Homes in one of their gorgeous model homes. Liberty Homes has recently released new floor plans under their Blue Star Collection. Come explore the new designs inspired by their previous award-winning floor plans.
Breakfast with Atlantic Homes in their new Lynchburg Model located in the Osprey Landing neighborhood. This timeless floor plan welcomes you in with an open layout, high ceilings, and lots of natural light.
Lunch with Kent Homes in the Hamilton Bay model. Kent Homes has a lot of exciting new features including two new floor plans that can be built in Creek Side.
Cocktail Hour with Trusst Builder Group in the Catawba Model. Spend your evening enjoying a drink and exploring everything that this builder has to offer!
You will also have plenty of time to explore the area on your own and tour other models in the community. Our team will also craft a custom VIP tour of the community, ensuring you’ll be seeing exactly what you’re interested in.
Property Owner Preview
For those already living in Brunswick Forest, we invite you and your guests to our Property Owner Preview on Saturday, July 20 from 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm! Here are a few reasons one should consider attending:
- If you’re looking to upgrade or downsize, this showcase of homes will have something in store for everyone.
- If you’ve been trying to convince your friends and family to become residents, come show them what Brunswick Forest is all about!

Claiming Your Creek Side Cottage
For those who have reserved a homesite in Creek Side, this is the opportune time to finalize your builder and floor plan. With 7 building partners participating in the development of this neighborhood, the possibilities of what your dream coastal cottage will look like will be endless.
If you’re interested in a Creek Side homesite, then you’re in luck. There are still opportunities available but we highly recommend locking in soon!
Can’t make it to our Summer Showcase? We’d love for you to still come and visit. We have one more showcase in the fall (October 10 – 13) or book a Coastal Discovery Tour and come sample the lifestyle on your own schedule, any time of the year! You’ll still be able to explore model homes, available properties, and explore the area!
