Spring Showcase Extravaganza: Unforgettable Moments
What better way to sample the coastal lifestyle while finding your dream home than at our weekend events? We wanted to bring guests the ultimate coastal experience all while making them feel at home. Our team is thrilled for an outstanding turnout and success during our Spring Showcase Event. We’re especially excited for the 16 new families joining our community. Let’s recap all the fun from this weekend!
A Weekend of Discovery and Spirit
Guests enjoyed a variety of activities and had the chance to talk 1-on-1 with our preferred building partners. It was also an opportunity to explore a variety of model homes. Friday’s lunch was hosted by the Trusst Builder Group in their Catawba model which will be a home featured in this year’s Wilmington Parade of Homes! Guests then enjoyed their Friday evening with live music and refreshments in our Welcome Center, hosted by Atlantic Homes.
On Saturday, Legacy Homes knows the most important start to this day is with brunch and mimosas. What better way to enjoy these things than in their spacious Bismark model? Aspiring homeowners got a feel for how easy it is to entertain guests in this stunning open floor plan.
This showcase event also happened to coincide with our Annual Cardboard Boat Regatta! Guests had the opportunity to visit Hammock Lake and catch one of the most exciting community events of the year. And what a great and exciting time it was! Our out-of-town visitors relished in the community spirit and saw how fun living in a master-planned community can be.
Exciting New Updates
Liberty Homes unveiled their Blue Star Collection during this showcase, introducing a few new floor plans that can be constructed directly on your homesite. This collection adds even more designs from this award-winning builder that offer a more structured build with outstanding standard features.
Our guests ended the evening with a happy hour hosted by Kent Homes in the Hamilton Bay, putting the finishing touches on this Saturday filled with discovery and community spirit.
On Sunday, our team offered personalized VIP tours of the community, customized to match your home preferences. Whether you’re seeking a low-maintenance townhome or a home with a view, we have options to suit every lifestyle.
