Recapping the Wilmington Parade of Homes
An exciting time in the Cape Fear Region, the Wilmington Parade of Homes celebrates the best in home design. This year’s parade was nothing short of spectacular. This was an excellent opportunity for visitors to explore the latest trends and designs in home construction.
From spacious single-family homes to cozy townhouses, there was something for everyone to admire. Brunswick Forest was proud to participate in this year’s event with 3 of our preferred building partners showcasing their homes in the community. Fogleman Associates, Liberty Homes, and Trusst Builder Group all had models in Brunswick Forest featured in the parade. These homes showcase the exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail that Brunswick Forest is known for. Liberty Homes unveiled the Caledonia as their latest floor plan from the Blue Star Home collection. Featuring 6 new floor plans, the collection aims to offer a more structured design built with outstanding standard features and limited custom changes. 
The Copperwynd is a beloved floor plan from Liberty Homes featuring a large kitchen island and gorgeous tray ceilings. This home has received an overwhelming amount of love, so much so that the Caledonia draws inspiration from its design.
The third home featured in the parade, the Lynnhaven II takes its design from their award winning Palmetto II. Many people fall in love with the Italian style kitchen that boasts a large eat-in island, custom arches, and a gathering space.
With all three homes earning accolades from the Parade this year, it’s clear that Liberty Homes knows what resonates with buyers.

For Fogleman Associates, the Bimini Bay speaks to their commitment to quality and design.
This home seamlessly combines the beloved farmhouse-style charm with modern luxury, offering residents an unmatched living experience. While the model in Brunswick Forest is currently under contract as a leaseback, it is still available to tour and build on your homesite!
Trusst Builder Group
Plum Island (Silver Award)
Trusst Builder Group proudly presented their Plum Island townhome model, and took home the silver award during the Parade! Trusst is known for their townhome designs offering residents a luxury and low-maintenance lifestyle. Collingwood Towns, one of our newer townhome enclaves, offers the Plum Island among its available floor plans. Other floor plans in this neighborhood also include the Linville, Cedar Isle, and Cedar Island.
