You can enjoy great live music all summer long both in and around Brunswick Forest! Residents of the community and surrounding areas look forward to our spectacular Brunswick Forest Summer Concert Series each year as well as Wilmington’s Downtown Sundown concerts, live music at the Town of Leland’s Concerts on the Coast and nationally-touring musical acts at nearby Greenfield Lake Amphitheater.
BRUNSWICK FOREST SUMMER CONCERT SERIES
Join us for Brunswick Forest’s first concert of the summer at Annsdale Park from 6 to 9 pm Saturday, June 13th. The Wilmington Big Band will be playing timeless standards and pop tunes that are sure to keep you on your feet all night long! Saturday, July 11th come out to see Sean Olds and the Church of the Eternal, and August 8th will feature local band, The Other Guys.
Wilmington’s Downtown Sundown Concert Series brings area residents a variety of fabulous cover bands and live acts every Friday evening from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The fun begins each Friday at 6 pm until 10 pm. For a full schedule of the Downtown Sundown concerts, visit the WDI website.
This summer, the Town of Leland will once again host its “Concerts on the Coast” series. Bring a blanket, lawn chairs, and a picnic for a night of family-friendly fun. This year’s lineup includes beach music with The Imitations on June 11th, 1980’s rock with Machine Gun on June 25th and classic soul and Motown with the Carolina Soul Band on July 9th.
GREENFIELD LAKE AMPHITHEATER
The Greenfield Lake Amphitheater, located at Greenfield Lake Park in downtown Wilmington, is Wilmington’s premier outdoor concert venue. Head to the amphitheater this summer to see a wide variety of big-name musical acts like Bruce Hornsby and the Noisemakers, JJ Gray and Mofro and Guster.
