Cape Fear National, Brunswick Forest’s picturesque golf course neighborhood, has been nothing but successful since its launch selling through 18 home sites in the Phase I release.

With the success of this neighborhood, Brunswick Forest is proud to announce the release of Phase II in Cape Fear National. This section features 18 premier home sites located on Chartwell Court and Colony Pines Drive in Cape Fear National.
