Brunswick Forest residents have their pick of local coffee shops which serve up a variety of brews. From national chains and local names to one-of-a-kind hangouts, our area has the perfect coffee shop to suit your tastes!

Located in Brunswick Forest’s 160-acre commercial town center, The Villages at Brunswick Forest, is Port City Java, a coffee shop and eatery that is part of a small, local chain. Port City Java serves up a variety of breakfast and lunch items as well as cold beverages and smoothies.

New to Leland and located just a few short miles from Brunswick Forest is Starbucks, located inside the recently-renovated Harris Teeter grocery store. Enjoy all of your favorite Starbucks drinks in a convenient, local location.

Flight Coffee is new to downtown Wilmington and operates out of a small kiosk in the Murchison Building. They serve Stumptown Coffee with one daily batch brew as well as a reserve coffee brewed by hand. Flight keeps the accompaniments simple, letting the high quality of their coffee shine. They offer two homemade syrups: vanilla bean and chocolate in addition to whole cow’s milk and homemade almond and macadamia nut milk. Flight’s owners also operate a full-size coffee shop and eatery on Ocean Isle Beach called Drift Coffee.

Also new to downtown Wilmington is Luna Café, located in the Antique District on Castle Street. Luna joins a host of new businesses that have moved in to that area of downtown and shares with them an offbeat sensibility that in indicative in the quaint café décor and eclectic menu.

Head over to the south end of Wrightsville Beach for a truly unique coffee shop experience! At the Post Café you can grab a coffee and light bites before or after hitting the beach. The shop also serves as an afternoon hangout spot with beer, wine, acai bowls and gelato available.
