BRUNSWICK FOREST RESIDENT SPOTLIGHT: DOROTHY BRESCIANO
Mild year round climate and a change of scenery is what brought Dorothy Bresciano and her four-legged companion, Presley, to the Brunswick Forest community. A visit to a friend’s home in coastal North Carolina prompted further research into the Wilmington area and Brunswick Forest. After her visit, Dorothy decided to trade the icy conditions of Connecticut to enjoy her life in a more laid back and sunny fashion.
“I love my home here in Brunswick Forest,” exclaims Dorothy, who lives in a beautiful home in the Parkview neighborhood.
Single level living suits her well…she enjoys daily reading sessions on the screened in back porch, baking sweet treats each week, and using her flex room for quilting and crafts. Dorothy goes onto describe Brunswick Forest as a “happy, quiet, and peaceful place to live!”
“I love that I can be involved in as many or as few activities around the community as I want,” explains Dorothy including trivia nights at The Forest, Mahjong, Foot and Hand, luncheons with the ladies of Parkview and Bunco.
The welcoming nature and camaraderie felt from neighbors is another reason living in Brunswick Forest has been such a good fit for Dorothy. As a single lady Dorothy loves her life here in Brunswick Forest. She feels at home and continues to be overjoyed with her choice to live in Brunswick Forest.
