Realtor Partnership Opportunities with Brunswick Forest

We greatly value the role local Realtors have played in the success of the Brunswick Forest sales program, and we’re excited to strengthen our partnership with you. Together, we can continue to achieve outstanding results.

We warmly welcome both you and your clients and are committed to providing exceptional service at every step. To start earning your co-op commission, please complete one of the following:

1. Register your client using the forms below or with a Brunswick Forest Sales Executive.

2. Accompany your client to the Brunswick Forest Welcome Center during their first visit and register them on-site.

3. Have your client provide the Brunswick Forest agent with your name, which must be entered on the Visitor Registration Form during their first visit.

Once these requirements are fulfilled, the transaction will be recognized as a co-op sale, and a commission will be shared. Please note that any Buyer Agency Agreement is solely between you and your client and does not override the abovementioned requirements.
