Brunswick Forest

Spring is in bloom and the neighborhoods of Brunswick Forest are bursting with color and new home offerings! The community is currently offering homes in nine neighborhoods— each with its own style and take on Brunswick Forest’s trademark Coastal by Nature® lifestyle. Within these neighborhoods, new models and home sites abound with plenty of variety— ready and waiting for new homeowners.

To kick off the spring sales season and to celebrate the unique beauty of coastal North Carolina during this time of year Brunswick Forest is holding a Splendor in Spring April sales event weekend. For three days and two nights, 90 couples plan to visit the community, tour its model homes and neighborhoods, live like residents with full use of the community’s amenities, and take part in fun, spring-themed events planned in various locations throughout the nine active neighborhoods.

“Any time of year is a great time to visit the community,” says Brunswick Forest Director of Sales, Jerry Helms. “Spring is especially beautiful in our area, and it’s a great time for folks who haven’t visited Brunswick Forest to get to know the community. It just so happens that this spring we have an abundance of new homes and neighborhoods to showcase, and I’m excited to see how they are received over the next couple of months.”

The Leewards at Shelmore—Inspired by the Islands
The Leewards at Shelmore, built by Brunswick Forest quality builder Kent Homes, is among the new neighborhoods this spring. These West Indies-inspired homes feature 10-foot ceilings, open floor plans and sliding glass doors that span nearly the entire length of the rear of the home, blending indoor and outdoor living.

The island-living atmosphere is further enhanced by oyster shell tabby courtyards, tropical landscaping and expansive outdoor loggias anchored with painted brackets, columns and extended eaves. Potential homeowners hoping to enjoy the unique lifestyle offered by The Leewards must act quickly to secure the choicest home sites with panoramic views of a heavily wooded Carolina bay. These home sites start in the $100s and home packages are offered from the $400s.

Spring Branch—Green Is Golden
Also launching this season is Spring Branch, another new phase of Brunswick Forest’s popular Shelmore neighborhood. These coastal cottage homes are priced from the $400s and built by David Weekley Homes, one of the newest builder groups to join the Brunswick Forest team and one of the largest privately held builder groups in America. In addition to building quality, well-designed homes, David Weekley will offer its line of EnergySaver™ homes in Spring Branch. With the purchase of one of these “green” homes, residents will receive an EnergySaver™ certificate ensuring them of their home’s energy efficiency.

The home sites in Spring Branch will offer both water and nature views, and the homes will feature elements of neo-traditional cottages, such as stacked stone exteriors and rear-access alleyways. Spring Branch will have pocket parks and amenity lakes for all Brunswick Forest residents to enjoy, and as part of Shelmore, both Spring Branch and The Leewards are nestled beside Hammock Lake Park and Pool.

Purchase Incentives—Buy Now And Save
Anyone who chooses to purchase a home in either Spring Branch or The Leewards can enjoy builder and developer incentives.“With the incentives that we have in place for these two new phases of Shelmore and unique product offerings within them, we don’t anticipate these homes and home sites being around for very long,” says Helms.

Parkway Crossing— Affordable Luxury
Homes will also soon be released in Parkway Crossing, a completely new neighborhood within Brunswick Forest. These homes are offered by Tribute Homes, one of the largest residential builders in the country, and the company behind Brunswick Forest’s showstopping 2015 Ideal-LIVING home in Cape Fear National. Parkway Crossing will present a unique opportunity to purchase single family homes in Brunswick Forest that are priced from the mid $200’s.

Models are also opening in six other Brunswick Forest neighborhoods this spring, including Park Landing, Cape Fear National, Cypress Pointe, The Woodlands at Meadow Park, Shelmore and Tennyson Village. Helms emphasizes that with all of new neighborhoods and phases being launched, it is important for interested potential homeowners to visit Brunswick Forest over the next several weeks to select their ideal home and home site.

“It is not uncommon for new models and home sites to sell out quickly within new neighborhoods and phases in the community,” says Helms. “It’s not a question of finding something that you love in Brunswick Forest; it’s a question of whether that property will still be available when you want to purchase.”
