Brunswick Forest Builders Earn Top Distinction and Showcase Ideal-LIVING Homes
Brunswick Forest is proud to have two of the community’s preferred builders listed among Builder magazine’s Top 100 Builders for 2015. Bill Clark Homes and Tribute Homes (a subsidiary of True Homes) are once again in the top tier of all of the builders in the country in number of closings and gross revenue.
“This Top 100 list is highly anticipated by builders each year,” says Annah Norris, sales and marketing director for Bill Clark Homes. “We are honored to be on the list again this year. Being a Top 100 Builder is a prestigious accomplishment, and is key to being successful in the long run.”
In keeping with their continued growth and success, Bill Clark Homes has plans to open a second design center and has selected Brunswick Forest’s commercial town center,The Villages at Brunswick Forest, as the location. “Bill Clark Homes is not a one-size-fits-all kind of builder,” says Norris. “We offer multiple product lines and this new design center in The Villages will help us customize homes for residents of Brunswick Forest. Our partnership with this community has been integral in ensuring our growth as a company and our continued prosperity.”
Likewise, these partnerships with quality regional builders like Bill Clark Homes and Tribute Homes are also part of the secret to Brunswick Forest’s continued success over past years. “Builder magazine is one of the top authorities in the country on all things home-building related, and it is a testament to the health of the market that two builders from our region are represented on the Builder Top 100 list,”
says Brunswick Forest Director of Sales, Jerry Helms. “Not only is it great news for the region, but it also shows why Brunswick Forest has been able to build on our success. We team up with reputable builders who can provide our customers with the kind of homes they want and deserve.”
Brunswick Forest Earns Ideal-LIVING Community Two Years In A Row
Solid builder partnerships have also aided Brunswick Forest in establishing itself as unique among other master-planned communities in the region, and in gaining prominence through distinctions like being recognized as an Ideal-LIVING community by Ideal-LIVING magazine. Last year, Bill Clark Homes built one of two Ideal-LIVING homes in Brunswick Forest, and this year, the community has again been tapped by the magazine to host one its 2015 Ideal- LIVING Homes. Construction is underway for the 4,000-square-foot custom residence by Tribute Homes in Brunswick Forest’s premier neighborhood, Cape Fear National.
The 2015 Ideal-LIVING home will feature richly detailed architecture, including carefully considered window placements to maximize the abundant North Carolina sunshine and gracious, open living spaces. The home’s main living space will feature 18-foot ceilings crowned by stained beams, and dormer windows with a two-sided fireplace serving as a focal point for both the living area and kitchen.
“We are extremely excited about this new Ideal-LIVING home,” says Helms. “It’s unprecedented to be selected as an Ideal-LIVING community two years in a row, and we welcome the opportunity to have Tribute Homes show why they, along with Bill Clark Homes, are among the top builders in the country.”
Ideal-LIVING magazine and its website are geared toward promoting developments and communities that epitomize the ideal lifestyle for people aged 45 or older, as well as to help showcase homes with unique features. Brunswick Forest’s selection as an Ideal-LIVING community for two years in a row demonstrates the community’s consistently high standards for home design and construction, as well as amenities and lifestyle.
“We chose Brunswick Forest as one of two destinations that cater to the needs of the pre-retiree and retiree markets,” says Ideal-LIVING Editor-in-Chief, Kelly Godbey. “We look for amenity-rich communities that are proximate to all you need to live an ideal lifestyle: healthcare, shopping and culture are all factors. Brunswick Forest has all of the amenities that our readers seek, such as walking trails, fitness centers and a sense of community.”
Godbey continues, “Ideal-LIVING is proud to partner with both Brunswick Forest and Tribute Homes to showcase this Ideal Home that will feature the latest in building techniques.
We wanted to showcase a truly livable floorplan with plenty of room for entertaining.”To learn more about Bill Clark Homes, Tribute Homes and all of Brunswick Forest’s preferred builders, or to see the 2015 Ideal-LIVING Home this summer, visit brunswickforest.com or simply stop by their Welcome Center.
