Walking Tour

This tour walks Wilmington’s Mansion District and Streetcar suburbs of Carolina Place and Brookwood, featuring the turn of the 20th-century neighborhoods that popped up as our middle class. You will see homes from the 1900 – 1950s, including kit houses and perfect examples of brick tudor, craftsman, and other cottages style homes. We will also view and learn about the 4 mansions that populate the corner of Market and 17th streets.
